We will let you know if your renewal has been approved or denied.

If your request is denied:

• An email will be sent with a new due date or a message saying that your renewal request has been denied.
• Your Illiad and library account will be updated.
• If your Renewal Request was denied by the lending library, the book must be returned by the original due date.
• We will often be able to find the same item at a different library, to help you maintain access to this content.
