The resource I want is checked out. How can I get access?
Answer
- Try placing a hold: when the book is returned, the Circulation Desk will notify you that it is available.
- Place a recall: the person who has the book will be asked to return it within two weeks.
- Request the item through Interlibrary Loan (ILL).
